here are some shots from the forest by my childhood home.

i miss the forest, and jpegs don't do it justice. maybe i just don't know what i'm doing with photoshop but that bramble branch was correctly exposed until i exported it to jpegland. but i also don't want to overexpose to compensate and lose all the detail in the snow.

it was snowing pretty hard, hence the streaks and occasional blobs. i couldn't see the streaks on the lcd... i'll shoot with a higher ISO next time.
